Course Description: Expanding LGBTQ Cultural Competency is a three-course series that serves as an introduction to LGBTQ healthcare, including strategies for delivering accessible and affirming healthcare. It covers common issues that patients may have and provides basic cultural competency skills for working with LGBTQ patients and colleagues. In full, this series takes 2 hours and 20 minutes to complete and is intended for all staff and volunteers. You must complete all 3 courses in the Expanding LGBTQ Cultural Competency activity to receive CME\CNE credit.
